LIVE AUCTION Closing date Tuesday, April 2, 2019 CGB Numismatics Paris 429 lots are for sale at this April 2, 2019 Live Auction, which breaks down into three chapters, i.e. two collections and a refined selection of banknotes. 4290025 The Remi Dargent collection (lots 4290001 to 4290129) is mainly made-up of small-sized notes, billets de nécessité (Notgeld), coupons and vouchers from all over the world, from the Banque de Law era to the early 1920s. This rare collection will allow you to discover paper money from the plantations in French Cochinchina (lot 4290071, a complete series of issuances from the Société des Plantations in Honquan), coupons from merchants in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia (lot 4290063, 1-piastre coupon Union des commerçants (merchants association) of Dire Dawa, the second known copy only, after that of Dr. Kolsky) or vouchers from the Continental Palace in Saigon (lots 4290072, 4290073 and 4290074).
